I offer 2 primary training sessions targeted at Client Services professionals, one being suitable for all levels of your team, and one being better suited for those further into their careers.

The training sessions are flexible, and I will always work with you and your agency needs to adapt these as needed. I’m also happy to develop bespoke training sessions based on your requirements, or to select specific modules from my pre-developed training for use.
