I've spent over 10 years in agency Client Services teams, where I've been fortunate enough to lead accounts for some of the biggest companies globally, including Coca-Cola, Unilever and Reckitt.

Throughout this time, I've overseen the pitch, planning and successful delivery of big budget, multi-discipline scopes of work including strategy, content production, social media, SEO, UX/UI and development. Partnering with prestigious clients, I've worked hand-in-hand with CEOs, global and local marketing managers and c-suite stakeholders, nurturing and developing relationships including leading interagency projects.

I started my career at a small agency with big clients. This allowed me to be very hands on from the start of my career, working directly with the management team and some incredible talent across an end-to-end range of digital projects. During the 6.5 years I spent there, I led global projects for major global brands such as Coca-Cola, with a particular highlight being the account lead for Fanta’s creative activation for Halloween in Western Europe, growing sales by 9% year on year and winning multiple awards.

After this I moved on to an agency with no Client Services team in place at all. I had the incredible opportunity of joining the business in the management team and establishing this department, hiring team members and putting processes in place as the Head of Client Services, working alongside other members of the management team. This was a real highlight of my career and when I left the agency 3 years later, I had grown the team to 12 people, managing an annual budget of £5m.

I’ve always loved working in Client Services as I’m a people person, I love getting to know different personalities and figuring out the best way to work with them to drive the best possible results. This is why I particularly love the people management element of my job and believe that having a good manager can make a huge difference in a person’s career. It is this which motivated me to launch training programmes and mentoring for agency individuals.
