Mentoring
Mentoring can be a great way to provide individuals with tailored support for their personal and professional development. I’ve worked in Client Services teams for over 10 years and have always been passionate about people management and helping team members to get the most from their career.
My approach is to work with you/your agency up front to identify any specific areas that you feel would be beneficial to focus on, however I also allow the mentee to take the lead on what they would like my support on, ensuring that they get the most out of the sessions. As I get to know the individual more, I adjust and tailor my support as required.
Areas of focus include workshopping account or project queries, identifying areas of strategic account growth, confidence building and career planning.
Mentoring sessions can be booked either by an agency for individual team members or can be booked directly by an individual.
