Testimonial

We worked with Bex to develop out a bespoke client service training course for our creative services team. Bex took the time to understand what our current service offering was, how the team was structured, and the level of expertise across the team in both our London and Amsterdam offices.

The training covered a great mix of routine account management practices, was packed with highlight nuggets and personal experience, and included a few exercises to make the session more interactive.

Overall, the team found the training engaging and gave them practical learnings to implement into their daily communication with clients.
