Account Strategy

Having a strategy in place for your key accounts is vital to ensure that the business is looking after its long-term goals, as well as short-term ones. The Client Services team is best placed to lead this process as they manage the client relationship and oversee the account at a holistic level.

During this session, your team will gain an overview of strategic account management, distinguishing it from day-to-day activities and enabling them to reflect on any areas for improvement. They will also be provided with the knowledge of how to create effective strategies for running and growing their accounts.

Your agency will also be provided with a tailored account strategy template. The template includes all key account information needed to create an account strategy, including an actionable plan at the end, and is ready to use immediately after the workshop.

The Account Strategy training is designed for account leads, such as those at Account Director level.
